Training at Chefette is prevalent to arm individuals with advanced methods that provide customers with world-class standards. Chemical Industries Ltd. ensures that Chefette receives premium quality products for sanitizing and bacterial testing to support our standards. The planning of these operations is coordinated by our Executive Operations Manager, Ms. Marva Niles. Employees provide impeccable service to the public with training in behavioral and communication skills as well as the sanitation skills required by law and general decency. It is necessary that internal and external customers are treated in the correct manner, consequently basic courtesy is reinforced.

Chefette fully understands that patience is not always a virtue when standing in line, therefore, based on their natural and learned skills, employees ensure pleasant service that is speedy and efficient. Many of these training attributes that are put in practice are always recognized at the end of the day with verbal and tangible reward systems.

The Employee Relations & Training (ERT) Department recognizes and understands that personal development is also very important, and is always ongoing. It is a very dynamic and intricate process that is vital to the organization's survival, competitiveness and market share. Development training returns dividends far beyond the initial outlay and this is proved with the increased satisfaction among the customer and employee. We are consistently exploring new ways of improving the Chefette Experience for all.

Chefette is dedicated to providing the best service to our customers and is continuously developing ways to communicate this message to all of our employees. It is important to us at Chefette, that we understand the customer’s needs and therefore use this information to make our products and services better.

Chefette’s ERT Department is comprised of Senior & Human Resource Officers and Training Supervisors, who all play a major role in ensuring that employees exceed our customer’s demands. Although our service is of a higher standard than other companies in the industry, we are quite aware that it can be even better as continuous growth and development are vital components of a successful organisation.

Customer service has always been a priority in this dynamic and proactive company realizing training our employees is a necessity. We intend to maintain the consistency of excellence in Chefette’s products and services that our customers most rightly deserve.
