Maintenance Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Develops maintenance procedures and ensures implementation
  • Carries out inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Monitor expenses and control maintenance budget
  • Maintain traceable maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Assign workload and supervise upkeep of technicians
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

Required Competencies and Skills:

• A Degree or proven experience as maintenance manager or a senior related field 
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical / electronics, A/C refrigeration, mechanical and hydraulic repairs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan, direct and schedule preventative maintenance
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email 
• Team player
• A valid Barbados driver’s license will be required.

  • Prepares, inspects, loads, unloads and operates delivery vehicles

Security Guard

Main Responsibilities

Maintain security and safety of people and property in assigned restaurants by patrolling areas on foot and enforcing organization rules and regulations.
